  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver across all 7 Emirates of the UAE.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery usually takes 5 to 4 business days after order confirmation, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Partner: We use reliable local courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Standard Delivery: AED 15(Free delivery for orders above AED 200 Threshold]).

    • Express Delivery (if available): Additional charges may apply. Contact us for more details.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all delivery details (name, address, contact number) are accurate. DealsbyJean is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Delivery Attempts: If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable).

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue and our return policy.
