2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by DealsByJean is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other online payment systems. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

4. Order Processing and Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order; however, it does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the UAE. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Once the shipping company takes possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you. Any claims must be directed to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reasons, without compensation or penalty within 5to 10 days from receipt of the Goods. The term for withdrawal shall be calculated from the moment when you or a third party other than the Supplier chosen by you begins to take possession of the Goods. Returns must be made in their original, complete condition, including packaging, accessories, and instructions. You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned undamaged. Any damage to the product may void your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the amounts paid within 30 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealsByJean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any content obtained from our website.

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
