At DealsbyJean.store your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations when shopping with us.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
    To cancel your order, contact us immediately at:

  • After 12 Hours:
    Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligible (see below).

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of some of our products, our return policy is as follows:

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Ready Garments and Wax Candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

    • You received the wrong item or size.

    • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery (photo proof required within 24 hours).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perfumes and Cosmetics are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless:

    • The product arrived damaged or defective.

    • You received the wrong product (must be unopened and unused).

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info@dealsbyjean with your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the return process.

  3. Approved returns must be shipped back using the method we provide.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for ready garments (size or item errors) and subject to stock availability.

  • Follow the same steps as for returns to request an exchange.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference and situation).

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
